Surprising results?
So, a little while back I talked about some supplements I was going to start taking as part of Experiment Number Two.
The purpose of those substances, which I referred to as “mind-altering” as a bit of a joke, though they should create positive benefits for my brain, were originally purchased so as to help me with my sleep.
Insomnia is a common trait for those with ADHD, after all, and when you’re dealing with a bit of depression, anxiety, and whatever else is going on, it’s not difficult for that to be a bit of a thing.
So, something kind of surprising happened.
