The unintentional experiment
A couple of weeks ago, I was sick as a dog. Among my many symptoms was a pretty sore throat that wasn’t really conducive to swallowing things.
As a result, I took a week off from most of my supplements and actually skipped caffeine for most of that week.
This led to me taking on something of an unintentional experiment.
So, let’s talk a bit about that.
