Self-employment a better option for ADHD folks?
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked primarily for myself.
Sure, I get paid by others, but I’ve worked either as a freelancer or for my own companies.
There’s a downside to this, to be sure. There are times when it’s feast or famine, for example. There’s no vacation time or sick leave. I haven’t been able to afford health insurance.
Yet there’s one thing that has kept me doing it all this time—I can actually do it and do it well.
Recently, I came across a story of another freelance writer that suggests there’s a reason for that.
