The Knighton Experiment is, for the most part, about building a better me and hopefully encouraging some to build a better them. For me, that has involved a lot of getting my ADHD under control, and while that’s working a bit better than it has, it’s not the totality.

Having better health simply has to be part of any definition of “better” you care to use. After all, it doesn’t matter how focused you are if you’re not able to do all the things you want because of chronic but preventable illnesses.

That means, at least in part, weight loss. That’s not all of it, though, which is why I’m starting with a higher-fiber diet as part of the experiment.
