There’s a stereotype about people who do CrossFit. Namely, they won’t shut up about doing CrossFit.

Which is why I normally don’t talk about doing it. I don’t want to be “that guy.”

However, I’m going to talk a bit about it today. In particular, I’m going to talk about why CrossFit and similar style programs might be ideal for people with ADHD.
