I don’t play video games very often. Why? Because I can get sucked into them and forget about literally everything else I need to do. The dopamine hit I get from achieving milestones in a game keeps them enthralled and I don’t want to walk away.

Don’t judge me. It’s an ADHD thing and if you’re like me, you probably know what I’m talking about.

As such, it’s probably best that I take a step away.

Yet a recent experiment—not by me, but by real scientists—found that a particular video game might well be a good treatment for my ADHD.
